Food Chemistry Module

As part of my teaching of chemistry, I developed multiple forms of multimedia content in order to make the topics more accessible particularly during the pandemic. Examples of this include web applications, interactive SCORM modules (example linked on post), and video lectures and experiment lessons (such as bit.ly/chem4lv2 for analytical chemistry).
