Project Lead

Due to the experimental teaching conditions brought about by the pandemic, I organized an institution-wide action research project (SMC School-based Monitoring of Internal Learning Effects) routinizing mental health checks to make co- and extra-curricular implementation responsive and evidence-based.

I revalidated a short-form survey, constructed an interactive dashboard, and prepared and set reports every week to faculty and management. This project was presented at the National Teachers’ Convention, and the framework was adapted by other PSHS campuses nationwide.
